Join us alongside Grapevine Parks and Recreation, DORBA, and the Southlake REI for Take a Kid Mountain Biking Day!

This is a FREE event.

The official event for kids is from 9-11am. No registration required for kiddos.

Volunteers  arrival time is 7:45am to go over the format and what areas you can help.

This is a fantastic opportunity to get our next generation of cyclists off to a safe and fun start! We need your help:

• at the check-in table
• perform bike checks (air in tires, brakes work, no loose parts)
• helmet checks
• sweep rides

Our DSS Support Crew and Ambassadors will be putting on a mini clinic for the little ones before heading to a small portion of the trail. They will be leading a ride primarily through Boathouse which is a short beginner friendly section to learn and practice on. Tubes I & Tubes II may also be ridden if time allows and skill levels are appropriate.
