First off, we hope you and your loved ones are healthy and doing well as we each adjust to the sudden changes from COVID-19. Until further notice, our rides and clinics this month will more than likely be cancelled. We’re going to go on a week by week basis and will communicate via email, text message (for members), and social media. We have ALWAYS put the health and safety of our sisters as a number one priority. With how contagious this virus is, it is important to be a part of the solution, not the problem.
Just because our rides are cancelled, we still recommend you all continue to ride your bikes on pavement until the trails dry out, or on a trainer if you can't get out and about. It’s not only great for our bodies, but it’s also therapy for our minds. Thankfully our sport is a wonderful outlet to stay fit and we need to continue being role models to our community on living a healthy lifestyle, even if it means in smaller groups or solo rides.
Feel free to reach out with any questions and thank you for being awesome!

This trail is in the trees, providing some tight and twisting areas with some long flowing areas, dips, tree gates, wooden structures, and some short hills. As always we'll have a "first time rider," beginner, beginner-intermediate, and intermediate groups led by our PMBIA certified MTB instructors and you do not have to be a paid member to join us. Huge thanks to Bicycles Plus for providing mechanical support!
